- You can request a specific aromatherapy oil application in your room and they will try to do so while you are out for you to come back to. In addition to the aromatherapy 'menu' you may ask about a pillow menu if you wish to try out different pillow types than the standard. These things are available to any of the guests.
- You can book a special Chef's Table tasting dinner, this would be at an additional cost per person and can be booked with the concierge ahead of time
- The Serene Spa will require reservations for specific treatments and can be done ahead of time or onsite
- The concierge/guest ambassador desk is great and very helpful for anything you or your guests might need. I have worked with them personally before and they are flexible and attentive. This can be from questions about the resort and the area surrounding, booking outside excursions or transportation, to reserving a Bali bed on the beach for one or more of you
- Tipping is not required but it is customary for luggage assistance, bartenders and servers and housekeeping. It does not need to be equivalent to 20-25 percent of what you anticipate the bill would have been, but a few dollars here and there are appreciated. If you book a paid meal such as the chef's table then a tip would be expected on the bill.
