Shaken Dirty Martini RecipeIngredients • 2.5 oz Beefeater Gin • 0.5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth (a touch sweeter than dry vermouth) • 0.75 oz Castelvetrano olive brine • Ice • Garnish: 2–3 Castelvetrano olivesInstructions 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Add the gin, vermouth, and olive brine. 3. Shake hard for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty. 4. Strain into a chilled martini glass. 5. Garnish with Castelvetrano olives on a pick.It’s so tasty! Not too cloudy at all. Actually it’s very clear. It does have some tiny ice shards in it but I dont mind the slightly diluted taste
